Victoria Holistic Health (sole trader) (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates www.victoriaholsitichealth.com and provides products through this website as well as through external landing pages, sales pages, and third party checkout platforms linked to our services.

This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all purchases made through our website or any associated sales channels.

By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to, downloadable PDFs, guides, workbooks, templates, online courses, programmes, and any other digital content delivered electronically.

Digital products may be purchased directly through our website or through standalone landing pages, sales pages, or third party checkout platforms used by Victoria Holistic Health.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted or the product has been delivered or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once delivery has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact hello@victoriaholistichealth.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

2. Physical Products

Physical products include any tangible items that are shipped to you.

You have the right to return physical products within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, physical products must:
• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging

To request a return, please email hello@victoriaholistichealth.com within 30 days of receiving your item, stating your order number and reason for return.

3. Refunds for Physical Products

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Original shipping costs are non refundable.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a physical product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@victoriaholistichealth.com and include photographs where relevant.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a physical product, you must return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.
